12 Oct 2019 since the update to 2.4 i'm not able to use the mods since they're from a older version, and i can't be able to use any older version of stellaris, I don't get how to install it on 2.3.3 either. Make empty mod by launcher, transfer mod files from workshop folder or Don't know, I don't have Stellaris.
